Turnaround Time
How long from order confirmation until the printed goods are ready or shipped.
Turnaround starts when the artwork is approved and the order is paid, not when you first inquire. Most US screen printers run 7–14 business days during normal seasons. Embroidery is similar. DTG and DTF can be faster — sometimes 2–5 days — because there is no screen prep.
Peak seasons (back-to-school, late spring sports, holiday) can push turnaround to 3–4 weeks. Always confirm the turnaround in writing before paying, and ask whether it is "in-hand" or "shipped" — those are very different commitments.
Rush orders are usually possible at a 25–100% surcharge. Some shops offer 24- or 48-hour rush on smaller orders. If your event date is firm, build in a buffer week beyond the quoted turnaround in case anything slips.
