Rush Order
A faster-than-normal turnaround, usually with an upcharge.
A rush order asks the printer to push your job ahead of others in their queue. Typical rush pricing adds 25–100% to the order, depending on how short the timeline is. 24-hour rush is the steepest — 48–72 hour rush is usually 25–50%.
Not every shop offers rush, and not every method is rushable. Embroidery and screen printing have hard physical steps (drying, curing) that limit how fast they can move. DTG and DTF, with no screens to prepare, are the most rush-friendly.
When you need a real rush, contact 3–5 shops at once and ask about their current queue. Capacity varies week to week. Be specific about your deadline — "in-hand by Friday morning" is much clearer than "by end of next week."
